Bro. Myron Covington

Brothers,
In relation to the new dues and assessments that have been handed down by the International Office, it has caused the Intake fee in the Atlantic Coast Region to increase. Because of this increase we will no longer charge a $50 fee for crossing paraphernalia. We will leave that optional and the individual chapter can decide if they choose to participate in the ordering process. all you will have to do is notify your State Director of your decision. However there will still be a Regional Intake fee of $50 and Regional Chapter dues will still be due. All chapters who will be
participating in Spring Intake must have ALL money and paperwork in one week before the process is scheduled to begin. No lines will start until you are given clearance. In the event that this happens the intake process will be discontinued until further notice. Any chapter found to be in violation of either of these regulations will face penalties on a Regional and National level.
“Whenever we’re needed to champion thy cause.  With reverence we answer this way....”

The new structure is as follows:

REGIONAL INTAKE FEE
$512.50
$275-Application Fee
$100-Make the new brother financial for 1st year
$87.50-National Assessment Fee(Includes $55 50th Anniversary fee and $32.50 Centaur Magazine subscription)
$50-Regional Intake Fee

REGIONAL DUES STRUCTURE

UNDERGRADUATE CHAPTER- $30
GRADUATE CHAPTER- $50

REGIONAL DUES WINDOW WILL OPEN UP FROM FEB. 1ST-MAR. 1ST, 2010

Brothers, we must keep in mind that our Fraternity is in a transition period that will take us to the next level of Greatness. It is my wish that we all be compliant to the regulations set forth by the International and Regional Office.

In Brotherhood,

Myron Covington
